El profesor Madan es Ph.D in Management, Gurukul Kangri University, India; MBA, Devi Ahiya University, India. Master Program in Web Engineering and Database Technology, Electronics Research and Development Centre of India; Bachelor of Engineering, Ambedkar Marathwada University, India.



En relación con su experiencia profesional, ha sido Profesor Asistente en la University of Southern Queensland in Dubai; Profesor Visitante en Shaoxing University en China. También ha sido Director en COER School of Management y Profesor Asistente de la facultad de Estudios Gerenciales de Gurukul Kangri University en India. Ha dirigido más de 100 talleres de Desarrollo de Plan de Carrera para jóvenes ejecutivos y estudiantes.
