EXPERIENCIA

Cuenta con amplia experiencia internacional en el área de liderazgo. Ha realizado diversos trabajos de consultoría en organizaciones públicas y privadas en América del Norte y del Sur, África, Europa y el sudeste asiático, así como en Australia, Nueva Zelanda, Arabia Saudita e Israel. Su investigación y consultoría incluye el trabajo con las fuerzas armadas de los Estados Unidos de América, Singapur, Suecia, Finlandia, Israel y Sudáfrica. Miembro revisor de diferentes revistas académicas entre las que podemos mencionar: Experimental Aging Research Journal, Personnel Psychology, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Gerontology, y the Applied Psychology: An International Review.
