GRADOS Y CERTIFICACIONES

El profesor Asghar tiene un doctorado (PhD) en Administración de Empresas de la Universidad de Pune, India, una maestría en Administración Pública con especialización en Recursos Humanos de la Universidad de Sistán y Baluchistán en Irán y una licenciatura en Administración Pública de la Universidad Payame Noor, Irán.

 

EXPERIENCIA

Ha trabajado como profesor asociado en la Universidad de Lincoln en Kuala Lumpur, Malasia; profesor adjunto en la Universidad Payame Noor en Irán e investigador postdoctoral en la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Sus intereses de investigación están orientados al «lado humano de la estrategia». Busca responder diversas preguntas, como por ejemplo, cómo las percepciones, personalidades y valores de los directores y de los equipos de gestión forman los comportamientos estratégicos clave, incluyendo la innovación, imitación y el razonamiento de opciones reales.
