“In accordance with Law No. 29733, Law on Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, the Law), and its regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013- JUS (hereinafter, the Regulation), the user authorizes the processing of personal data provided to the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (hereinafter, the University) by this electronic means.

By completing this form and previously accept the terms governing the processing of personal data, the University will proceed to save the user’s information in the database that holds in the holder status, indefinitely or until you revoke the consent granted

The information provided by the user to the University will be referred to names and surnames, identity document, date of birth, telephone, email and, in general, any other personal information brought to the attention of the University.

The University (located at Av. Universitaria No. 1801, San Miguel), declares to be the owner of the personal data bank and will use your information for the following purposes: i) academic, institutional and administrative procedures; ii) submission of information to cover the needs regarding the academic programs that are of interest or consultation of the holder; and, iii) conducting satisfaction surveys and improving the educational service.

Additionally, and if accepted by the user, the University is authorized to send information about the different academic programs of postgraduate, executive education and languages, academic, artistic, cultural and entertainment events organized by the University or any of its dependencies, for which will use the postal, telephone or any other means of communication.

In the event that the user wishes to exercise their rights of access, cancellation, opposition, revocation of consent, modification or any other contemplated in the Law, they must send a communication to the mailbox proteccion.datos@pucp.edu.pe.

Users are informed that the forms, through which they provide their personal data, include mandatory and optional questions, which can be identified in each form. The consequences of the granting of personal data, authorizes the University to use them according to the purposes indicated above. The refusal in the delivery of the user’s personal data makes it impossible for the University to include them in its database and to meet its requirements. “
