The graduate is a professional or entrepreneur who for general leadership does not need a superperson. She is convinced that the most important thing is the attitudes and among them with a very prominent presence the will to serve. She knows how important it is to give meaning to the work that his collaborators do, to identify their needs and to create in them a social identity that unites them. The graduate, as well as knows each and every one of her team, also knows herself and has very clear and detailed objectives and goals, as well as the vision of where she is going in life. Know the principles of having a communication to be persuasive, to generate emotions, and use that knowledge to negotiate collaboratively.
It has an excellent base to begin to build a transformational leadership in the environments where you have chosen to work.
Graduates of the program can apply their new apprenticeships in their own companies or in private organizations, with or without profit. This is in every project where the results depend on the successful conduct of the people and their wills.
