Competences and Abilities to Influence
The work and social success of a person does not depend only on their intellectual capacity but also, and above all, on the adequate management of their emotions, therefore, the Skills will be carried out to influence the development of empathy through better interpretation body language and practice listening. Modern leaders require, in addition to knowledge and experience in methodologies, technologies and organizational management tools, to have soft management skills, for this reason, they will approach Management Skills, where they will allow them to properly manage personnel, units and areas. of the institution, work teams and institutional projects.

Human Growth Workshop
The development workshop seeks that the participants ask themselves the question about personal knowledge and acquire, through experiential practice, the necessary elements to have a more complete and profound vision of themselves and manage to develop in order to be more integrated people and socially responsible so that they obtain the necessary tools to be integral leaders.

Transformational Leadership
Nowadays, companies require leaders to carry out their activities generating an impact on results and on people, and it is therefore essential that they develop the skills of transformational leadership to influence others in achieving the vision, mission and objectives, both of long and short term that the company has defined for its sustainability in a highly competitive environment. Therefore, it is necessary, as part of the process of strengthening this competence, through the workshop methodology in which the groups of Managers and Leaders will participate. This approach reinforces the focus of sustaining the organizational culture and the development of the workshop starts from the principle of experiential learning, fundamental in andragogy, since what is sought is that through experiences, adults experience, reflect and conceptualize the concepts that seeks to transmit.

Digital Trends
The world is constantly changing, as a result of the birth of new technologies and their application in business, among which we can find: digital marketing, Big Data, e-Commerce, social networks, the digital world, online marketing, technological innovation , what are the news of technology and new technologies, digital transformation, digital revolution, Business Intelligence, Lean, Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, etc. Knowing how to distinguish between them and how or which add value to the company, as well as identifying which is the best strategy for their application will be reviewed in this workshop.

Strategic Direction
Will our idea be a good business? It is the strategic question that must be asked and after a thorough analysis, entrepreneurs and executives answer themselves prior to the start-up of their businesses, since behind any opportunity, as interesting as it may seem, there are a variety of factors , which must be evaluated before making the decision to invest your retallers. With a clearly practical content, in the development of the workshop management tools will be understood, which after being learned, will allow entrepreneurs and executives to make a detailed evaluation of each of the key factors that allow determining if a Business Idea is really a Business Model with the possibility of Generating Value, that is, capable of generating: good returns, satisfied and loyal customers, innovative products or services and being attractive to more investors. The objective is to achieve the goals of the closure phases in each undertaking.

Corporate Finance Division
The workshop includes the knowledge of tools necessary for the correct financial decision-making, oriented to obtaining and managing long-term financing, that allow to carry out investments and increase the value of a company. The financial executive must identify the best long-term investment alternatives and the amount of funds that the company must request as a loan with the most appropriate financing mix. Finally, you must decide exactly how and where you will get these funds, since this affects both the risk and the value of the company.

Effective negotiation
This workshop includes the theoretical and practical aspects necessary for the professional management of negotiations focused on generating the greatest value for organizations, particularly its application in the commercial field of companies. Our world changes frantically, while many executives continue to negotiate in a traditional way, letting themselves be carried away by paradigms that no longer have validity in today’s world. Negotiation processes are becoming increasingly complex and the areas of possible agreement are narrower. A new approach is undoubtedly required.

Marketing and Strategic Innovation
Marketing aimed at creating economic value gives Marketing management its true strategic dimension. It aligns it with the Strategic Plan of the organization, with the essence of the business, its mission and prospective vision, with its target, competitive strategies and positioning. Organizations currently demand the creation of permanent value in the market, with the aim of making value propositions sustainable, to achieve the profitability expected by organizations. Along these lines, from a market-oriented organization, the marketing professional must establish the value path and permanently review its value curve and generate innovation ventures that maintain demand or grow its market or other markets. Not being an easy task, it is necessary to establish and formulate in each organization its own methodologies that facilitate the creation of value from the preferences of consumers within the framework of a solid value proposition.

Corporate Governance, Compliance and Sustainability
In a context of corporate corruption and corporate scandals, good corporate governance and compliance practices in companies are no longer an option, they have become a requirement of the current times, a matter of sustainability and survival. Executives must demonstrate not only theoretical knowledge and skills to implement good corporate governance practices, but also a high ethical standard in the management of companies, in order to generate value not only for the shareholder and investors, but also for society. as a whole. In this sense, the workshop proposes tools to manage the current challenges of corporate governance of companies and apply it effectively to their organizations. For sustainability to become a competitive advantage, it must be present in the boardroom, discussed as a strategy, and transformed into concrete actions to be implemented and followed by management. Furthermore, to create a competitive advantage, through sustainability, it is essential that the company stimulates innovation.

Impact Communication
One of the greatest difficulties of the human being to maintain relationships – work or personal – with others, is communication. This challenge arises in organizations. Many companies have difficulty starting and maintaining meaningful strategic conversations within the organization, that type of conversation that generates impact and transforms the culture, climate and organizational identity. Most of the time, great conversations only happen in top management. Then each of the leaders shares with his team the big decisions, or the new plans, or that great idea that will change everything else, but, very often, nothing else happens. High Impact Strategic Communication can get your leaders and teams to implement successful strategies – from visualization to execution, and help you create an effective organization that consistently produces results that meet the expectations of all its stakeholders.
