The CENTRUM Tulane Global MBA includes the areas of Strategy and Leadership, Finance, Marketing and Operations in its curriculum. To pass the program, you must successfully complete these courses, in addition to defend and pass a master’s thesis.

      You will be able to master the concepts and fundamentals of accounting / financial transactions to be suitably used in planning, control and management decision-making, and to interpret and analyze the economic and financial situation of a company.

European Business Initiatives

The Instituto de Empresa (IE) of Madrid is one of the leading business schools in the world. It is located in the financial heart of the city; the business atmosphere, urban touch, social life, cultural program and the specially prepared events contribute to making the academic experience an unforgettable personal experience.

During the two-week stay, you will take the course Business Initiatives in Europe: Trade, Economy and European Culture. This program includes visits to companies that have achieved success in global business, which can analyze their cases and acquire new knowledge.

North American Business Initiatives

The A. B. Freeman School of Business, Tulane University, is one of the most reputable academic institutions in the United States in business research. During the two-week study trip, you will take six courses of the Business Initiatives in North America program: Start-Up of New Businesses and International Trade and Finance.

In addition, you will visit the cultural and economic center of New Orleans and hold meetings with important business leaders to meet their business models and their business prospects in Latin America.

Asia-Pacific Business Initiatives

You will be able to access a week-long face-to-face course in Shanghái, China, to develop the Business Initiatives in Asia-Pacific program: International Entrepreneurship, taught by professors from A. B. Freeman School of Business. You can have a comprehensive view of the extraordinary phenomenon of Asian development, delve into their historical and cultural roots and into their business dynamics.

To balance the understanding of these phenomena, visits are made to major business emporia, where you will get first-hand information on strategic management; plus activities to see social and cultural points of interest.

Conditions of the international trips

  • Does not include air tickets, visa processing, airport taxes, or medical insurance for international travel.
  • For the trip to Tulane includes face-to-face classes, lunches and transfers to business visits. Does not include bed and breakfast.
  • For the trip to China includes classes, lunch and transfers to business visits. Does not include bed and breakfast.
  • For the trip to Lima includes shared accommodation in three star hotel, breakfast in hotel and lunch in the cafeteria of the campus of CENTRUM Catholic. Includes coffee break.

The process of admission to the CENTRUM Tulane Global MBA is open throughout the year. Your application is processed in about two weeks, provided that you deliver the documents requested by the Office of Admissions. The process is completed with an interview for which we will contact you.

Requirements

  • Have duly accredited bachelor degree
  • Seven or more years of experience in executive or managerial positions.
  • Be at least 30 years old at the start of the admission process.
  • To accredit your level language level by a Certificate or Diploma from the following institutions: ICPNA, British, EUROIDIOMAS, Católica Languages, TOEFL, TOEIC, CAMBRIDGE, with a antiquity of not more than 3 years, or to perform a mandatory evaluation in CENTRUM Católica before Schedule your interview. The result of such evaluation is unique and exclusively referential. It does not condition admission in any sense.
  • Pass the managerial profile assessment.
  • Have a favorable outcome in the personal interview.

Documents required to be called for an entrance exam

  • Fill out the Registration Form: Registration for Admission.
  • Photocopy of Bachelor degree.
  • Simple copy of the National Identity Document – DNI (both sides), or Foreigner’s Card or Passport, in the case of foreign applicants.
  • Undocumented Curriculum Vitae in English.
  • Go to the following link to Pay the Admission Fee and attach the print / screenshot or scanned copy of the payment voucher.
  • Proof of the registration the bachelor’s degree in the National Superintendency of Higher Education University (SUNEDU) for applicants who studied in Peru. If the university has not registered the academic degree or college diploma in SUNEDU, the applicant must submit a copy of the diploma or academic degree authenticated by the university that issued it (*). If the applicant has studied abroad, he must submit a notarized copy of his degree. (*) It is indispensable that during their studies, and before their completion, they submit the record of the registration of their bachelor’s degree in SUNEDU, in order to be able to register their future master’s degree to the SUNEDU.

Carlos Bazán

Master’s degree in Strategic Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Perú, and an undergraduate degree in Marine Sciences from the Peruvian Naval Academy. He has also completed specialization courses in Mechanical-Electrical and Electronics Control Systems in the Peruvian Naval Academy and Attila Monteiro Ache School in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
