Introduction to Performance Management
The course introduces the basic concepts related to individual performance management. Participants will also learn about the importance of performance management by both objectives and competencies and understand the general process for implementing performance management in an organization.

Implementation of Performance Management by Objectives
The course introduces the concepts of implementation of performance management by objectives. In this sense, they manage to identify objectives, indicators and individual performance goals based on an understanding of the organization’s strategy and operational priorities. They also distinguish the procedure to monitor and control performance management by objectives.

Implementation of Performance Management by Competencies
This course enables you to develop the skills to drive the process of implementing performance management by competencies. Participants learn the methodological steps to identify, evaluate, provide feedback, and track performance using the competency approach.

Analysis and Improvement of the Performance Management System
The course encompasses the tools and methodologies necessary to analyze and correct the performance model applied based on the data generated in the evaluations, as well as from the practical learning developed in the program.

Clara Rosselló

Professor Rosselló is a Master of Business Administration in General and Strategic Management, Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. Master in Strategic Business Administration, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. B.A. in Graphic Arts, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She has international certifications among which stand out: CPCL Harvard Business School, Boston, USA; International Master in Leadership EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain; Executive Program Customer Experience IE Business School, Madrid, Spain; International Program for Board Members EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain. To date she is a member of the “Steering Committee” of the EFMD Americas Conference 2019-2021.

She has been Corporate Image Manager of Unique-Yanbal International for Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico and USA; Marketing Manager of Unique-Peru. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Comacsa, a leading non-metallic mining company in Peru, and a board member of Fundición Americana S.A. She is a specialist in Corporate Image, Marketing Management, Business Communication and Strategic Planning.
