This course seeks to cover an unmet need in the market, shortage of programs that train in the complete User Experience (UX) process, where the client must be placed as the central element to create a flexible product aligned to the user’s expectation , for which the following specialization course is proposed as a key foundation in the application of different methodologies and frameworks used worldwide.

User-centered design
The course provides participants with knowledge about the person-computer interaction (IPO) and customer-centered design, from a practical approach using the Lego Serious Play principles as a facilitation methodology to obtain the expected result in the participants. In addition, participants can develop a product and / or service by applying the process and the different methods present within the User Experience (UX) approach.

User Requirements: Introspection and Analysis
The course provides participants with practical experience in the design of UX research and planning, considering the user as the main center, for which it is necessary to correctly define the user and their needs. As part of this process, quantitative and qualitative methods will be used, considering as a key point a correct conceptual design of the user profile and of the people who participate in the different business contexts, where the product will interact.

Interaction Designs between the User and the Interfaces
The course provides participants with practical experience in different techniques, types and prototyping tools that can be applied for an appropriate and user-centered design. In addition, the participant can define and design specifically the interaction between the user and the product, using different scenarios.

Usability Definition and Evaluation
The course provides participants with practical experience in the user-centered design evaluation process, where the participant can apply different evaluation methods without users (heuristic evaluation) and evaluation methods with users (user test). In addition, to plan and manage the evaluation of the customer-centered design until the end of the product.

Clara Rosselló

Professor Rosselló is a Master of Business Administration in General and Strategic Management, Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. Master in Strategic Business Administration, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. B.A. in Graphic Arts, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She has international certifications among which stand out: CPCL Harvard Business School, Boston, USA; International Master in Leadership EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain; Executive Program Customer Experience IE Business School, Madrid, Spain; International Program for Board Members EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain. To date she is a member of the “Steering Committee” of the EFMD Americas Conference 2019-2021.

She has been Corporate Image Manager of Unique-Yanbal International for Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico and USA; Marketing Manager of Unique-Peru. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Comacsa, a leading non-metallic mining company in Peru, and a board member of Fundición Americana S.A. She is a specialist in Corporate Image, Marketing Management, Business Communication and Strategic Planning.
