Supply Chain Management
The course allows the participant to understand the concept of integral supply chain management, and the strategic importance of costs and customer service; it is provided with an end-to-end view of the chain, that is, from the relevant suppliers to the clients; and it is provided with skills for the strategic alignment of the supply chain, that is, the development of the company’s operational capacities to comply with the value proposition at the corporate level.

Analytics in the Supply Chain
The course introduces the use and application of business analytics technologies and information management applied to the supply chain, to develop lasting competitive advantages based on predictive and intelligent processes. The role of analytics in planning and customer service, inventory optimization, distribution and transport network processes, risk management, customer segmentation and tight supply chains are included. Current concepts such as big data and real-time analytics are reviewed.

Supply Planning – Demand and Inventory Management
The course allows the participant to understand the importance of demand and supply planning in a supply chain, identify the decisions that are part of the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) model planning process and analyze the tools that chain managers use to planning, in order to manage demand and supply ensuring the maximization of profits. It is also intended to provide students with tools for managing inventories of raw materials, products in process, and finished products.

Lean Supply Chain Management
The course provides the participant with the competences required to apply the lean management methodology in the supply chain processes, generating efficiencies and eliminating waste in the processes in order to contribute to the achievement of the organization’s objectives. Lean management involves process and quality management, in order to identify and eliminate waste to deliver value to customers.

Professor Rosselló is a Master of Business Administration in General and Strategic Management, Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. Master in Strategic Business Administration, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. B.A. in Graphic Arts, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She has international certifications among which stand out: CPCL Harvard Business School, Boston, USA; International Master in Leadership EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain; Executive Program Customer Experience IE Business School, Madrid, Spain; International Program for Board Members EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain. To date she is a member of the “Steering Committee” of the EFMD Americas Conference 2019-2021.

She has been Corporate Image Manager of Unique-Yanbal International for Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico and USA; Marketing Manager of Unique-Peru. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Comacsa, a leading non-metallic mining company in Peru, and a board member of Fundición Americana S.A. She is a specialist in Corporate Image, Marketing Management, Business Communication and Strategic Planning.
