SPOOC Course in Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility by our Director General, Dr. Percy Marquina, this course is free, optional and complementary to professional specialization; the course will provide the knowledge and effective application of techniques and tools that facilitate the relationship with stakeholders and allow them to move from theory to practice, with a view to their strategic management for the achievement of ethical and sustainable development.

International Diploma in Business Transformation in the Digital Environment includes three modules, in which basic and advanced concepts are developed. To approve the program, you must successfully complete the courses in CENTRUM PUCP and EADA Business School.

CENTRUM PUCP may make changes in the mesh, or sequence of courses teachers, according to its policy of continuous improvement. Failure to comply with the required quorum CENTRUM PUCP reserves the right to postpone the start of courses and programs.

  • MODULE I

    • New technologies in the Digital World
      The technology is; determining a new environment and new opportunities their way. Organizations are challenged to use new technologies to redesign their management models, rethink their strategies, redefining how to manage talent and to redesign their financial models. In this course this new environment is analyzed and as this; impacting organizations and industries. Digitization affects all sectors of the economy, create new relationships and opportunities, and demands that business models are redefined. Understanding the digital change, its time and its consequences is critical to the future of organizations. As part of the ongoing workshop Business Model Canvas is issued.
    • Innovation and Development of Digital Products
      Design and develop programs for continuous innovation, which enable the development of new products, improvement of existing and successful market launch. It will provide methods and tools for creating digital products and services that should be considered by a company emphasizing the value of the scheme Lean and focused on the user experience. As part of the course Design Thinking workshop will be taught.
    • Agile organizations
      Any change must be led by people. This module searches the participant experience, in practice, experiential and transformational methodologies, offers a workshop where you work to learn to design your organization and meet the challenges, challenges, projects with different visions, which are the skills demanded this new digital environment. As part of the workshop Scrum course will be taught.
  • MODULE II

    • Leadership and Cultural Transformation (AES)
      Organizations today are large, complex, difficult to understand and even more difficult to handle. They must identify where the real power and influence of the organization lies. To implement successful initiatives must overcome organizational barriers to change.
    • Digital Data Management
      Every day, organizations generate new data about their customers, their processes and their industry. But you could be using this data more effectively? The participant will discover how to turn big data into even greater results. You can identify and avoid common pitfalls in analyzing data, interpreting analytical models to make better business decisions and understand the challenges associated with data management. As part of the course a workshop on data security and legal aspects dictate.
    • Process Redesign
      Defined the tools and the vision of our potential new business model, it’s time to introspect, identify key information silos and stability of our processes. The participant will be challenged to solve organizational problems and design strategies that can implement effective improvement in its unique context. Customer Journey workshop is issued
  • MODULE III

    • Transformation contact point
      Not only do you have to be, you have to proclaim it. Innovation and digital transformation use various channels to provide a better user experience in terms of service, transparency and reputation. The transformation of contact points and the development of digital marketing and are key to any transformative process. As part of the ongoing workshop UX and user-centered design it is issued.
    • E-Business Strategies
      Analyze the impact of digital technology on brands and businesses, understanding how it affects both its strategy in relation to the market, always based on the customer experience and how to offer a product, service or consumption experience. Summary of the Course:

The company’s role in sustainable development is based on achieving successful results in the economic, environmental and social fields. The relationship of the company with its various stakeholders is essential to achieve these results, with the proper management being that allows the company to grow the business in harmony with the environment and the society in which the company interacts.

The strategic implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility requires the knowledge and effective application of techniques and tools that facilitate the relationship with stakeholders and allow the entrepreneur to move from theory to practice with ethical and sustainable results.

In this context, the course seeks that the participant know the main aspects in the management of relations with his stakeholders with a view to their strategic management for the achievement of ethical and sustainable development.

Clara Rosselló

Professor Rosselló is a Master of Business Administration in General and Strategic Management, Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. Master in Strategic Business Administration, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. B.A. in Graphic Arts, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She has international certifications among which stand out: CPCL Harvard Business School, Boston, USA; International Master in Leadership EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain; Executive Program Customer Experience IE Business School, Madrid, Spain; International Program for Board Members EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain. To date she is a member of the “Steering Committee” of the EFMD Americas Conference 2019-2021.

She has been Corporate Image Manager of Unique-Yanbal International for Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico and USA; Marketing Manager of Unique-Peru. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Comacsa, a leading non-metallic mining company in Peru, and a board member of Fundición Americana S.A. She is a specialist in Corporate Image, Marketing Management, Business Communication and Strategic Planning.
