The Online Diploma in Supply Chain Management comprises three modules, in which basic and advanced concepts in supply chain management are developed. To pass the program, you must successfully complete the subjects at CENTRUM PUCP.

  • MODULE I

    • Supply Chain Management
      The course enables participants to understand the concept of integrated management of the supply chain, and strategic importance in costs and customer service; It is given a vision from one end of the chain, ie from the relevant suppliers to customers; and it provides skills for strategic alignment of the supply chain, ie development of operational capabilities of the company to meet the value proposition at the corporate level.
    • Advanced Procurement Management
      The course covers advanced tools for managing global procurement, an area traditionally neglected in business despite representing a high percentage of total costs. Assessment tools suppliers, negotiating (traditional and online) bid selection based on the total value and not just the initial purchase price is provided.
    • Supply Chain Analytics
      The course presents the use and application of technologies to business analytics and information management applied to the supply chain to develop applications based on intelligent and predictive processes lasting competitive advantages. The role of analytics in planning and customer service, inventory optimization, distribution processes and transport networks, risk management, customer segmentation and supply chain segments adjusted to include. Current concepts such as big data analytics, real-time are reviewed.
  • MODULE II

    • Supply and Demand Planing – Inventory Management
      The course enables participants to understand the importance of demand planning and supply in a supply chain, identify the decisions that are part of the planning process model S & OP (Sales and Operations Planning) and analyze the tools used by managers chain to plan, in order to manage demand and supply ensuring the maximization of profits. It also aims to equip students with tools for managing inventories of raw materials, work in process and finished products.
    • Technology Applied to Supply Chain
      The course provides a wide range of concepts, technologies, tools, techniques and strategies associated with the supply chain that allow the organization to identify actions to be taken in the short and long term, to maintain technological operation properly and also implement new business initiatives and technology that requires a modern enterprise.
    • Finance in the Supply Chain
      The course provides participants with theoretical and practical knowledge to link the performance of the supply chain with financial indicators such as ROA (return on assets), ROE (return on equity) and EVA (Economic Value Added), parameters to make decisions quantifiable aspects of the supply chain, as defined inventory levels, batch sizes purchase decisions outsourcing or vertical integration levels asset investment, among others.
  • MODULE III

    • Management of Distribution Channels and Transportation
      The course covers concepts and tools for modern management channels (networks) distribution and transport, focusing on the decision-making level of service oriented (market coverage, responsiveness, etc.) and cost management (transport, storage, inventory, etc.); the impact of online sales distribution networks is also evaluated.
    • Lean Supply Chain Management
      The course provides the participant the skills required to apply the methodology of Lean Management in the processes of the supply chain, creating efficiencies and eliminating waste in processes thus contributing to achieving the objectives of the organization. Lean Management involves process management and quality, after identifying and eliminating waste to deliver value to customers.

Summary of the Course:

In this context, the course seeks that the participant know the main aspects in the management of relations with his stakeholders with a view to their strategic management for the achievement of ethical and sustainable development.

She has international certifications among which stand out: CPCL Harvard Business School, Boston, USA; International Master in Leadership EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain; Executive Program Customer Experience IE Business School, Madrid, Spain; International Program for Board Members EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain. To date she is a member of the “Steering Committee” of the EFMD Americas Conference 2019-2021.

She has been Corporate Image Manager of Unique-Yanbal International for Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico and USA; Marketing Manager of Unique-Peru. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Comacsa, a leading non-metallic mining company in Peru, and a board member of Fundición Americana S.A.
