The Diploma of Study in Digital Marketing Management comprises three modules, in which basic and advanced concepts are developed. To pass the program, you must successfully complete the subjects at CENTRUM PUCP.

  • MÓDULO I

    • Del Marketing Tradicional al Marketing Digital
      Proporciona un enfoque del panorama digital involucrando a los participantes en las tendencias del entorno digital y su impacto en los negocios, brindando las bases para el desarrollo de las estrategias digitales integrales con el marketing tradicional.
    • Estrategias de Comunicación Digital
      El entendimiento del nuevo consumidor actual permite a las marcas generar valor para que él se comprometa con ellas, a través de una comunicación bidireccional. Se analizarán los insights de los consumidores digitales entendiéndose las oportunidades que deben recoger las marcas para comunicarse con ellos.
    • SEO y Web Analytics
      Se brindan las herramientas para posicionar a las marcas eficientemente en buscadores y se destaca la importancia de la accesibilidad de las mismas ante un mercado competitivo. Se abordará un desarrollo práctico de las principales herramientas en buscadores ofrecidas por Google. Se medirá el impacto de las herramientas de analítica que permitan tomar acciones inmediatas para el cumplimiento de los objetivos, y que aseguran la eficiente inversión de los recursos de las empresas.
  • MÓDULO II

    • Estrategias de Social Media
      El Social Media es una disciplina relativamente reciente, pero cuyo crecimiento exponencial la hace cada vez más importante en las estrategias de comunicación de muchas empresas, que necesitan profesionales especializados en la gestión integral de redes sociales. En este curso el alumno aprenderá a crear, integrar y desarrollar las oportunidades que ofrecen las redes sociales y el social media en tus estrategias de relación, comunicación y venta con los clientes actuales y potenciales.
    • Mobile Marketing y Nuevas Tendencias 
      El marketing ya es móvil. El mundo de los teléfonos móviles está dominado por los smartphones, terminales con multitud de funcionalidades a través de los que los usuarios pueden navegar por Internet, chatear, jugar e incluso comprar. Es necesario por tanto, saber desarrollar contenidos aptos y encontrar modelos de negocio de marketing móvil que puedan generar ingresos sostenibles. Saber posicionar una marca en el medio móvil y planificar campañas publicitarias adaptadas, es fundamental para que esta área del marketing tenga éxito dentro de nuestra estrategia.
    • Comercio Electrónico
      La revolución en la tecnología ha cambiado el enfoque de toda empresa y las mismas deben explotar las nuevas plataformas digitales generando oportunidades para los negocios. El curso abordará los elementos claves del éxito del comercio electrónico. Se desarrollarán casos prácticos, en los cuales se conocerán las implicancias en la construcción, el proceso, la logística y la gestión de las plataformas digitales.
  • MÓDULO III

    • Marketing de Contenidos y Publicación Digital
      Se desarrollarán las estrategias adecuadas para que el consumidor actual sea un actor positivo en la construcción de las marcas y como abordar su participación en la generación de contenidos de valor.
    • Plan de Marketing Digital
      Aprenderemos a desarrollar un plan de marketing digital, el mismo que está integrado con el plan de marketing de la empresa, y podremos determinar qué componentes debe tener, cómo implementarlo y finalmente cómo controlarlo y medirlo.

Professor Rosselló is a Master of Business Administration in General and Strategic Management, Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. Master in Strategic Business Administration, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. B.A. in Graphic Arts, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She has international certifications among which stand out: CPCL Harvard Business School, Boston, USA; International Master in Leadership EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain; Executive Program Customer Experience IE Business School, Madrid, Spain; International Program for Board Members EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain. To date she is a member of the “Steering Committee” of the EFMD Americas Conference 2019-2021.

She has been Corporate Image Manager of Unique-Yanbal International for Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico and USA; Marketing Manager of Unique-Peru. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Comacsa, a leading non-metallic mining company in Peru, and a board member of Fundición Americana S.A. She is a specialist in Corporate Image, Marketing Management, Business Communication and Strategic Planning.
