The Online Diploma in Professional Project Management comprises three modules, in which basic and advanced concepts are developed. To pass the program, you must successfully complete the subjects at CENTRUM PUCP.

  • MODULE I

    • Directorate General of Projects
      The course presents the general aspects that must be considered and integrated in the professional Project Management. The main concepts, roles and factors related to Project Management are reviewed, as well as the crucial stages and activities for the correct integration of its processes. Relevant matters are reviewed in a real way in order to constitute and control the project in all its stages. Likewise, the course presents and analyzes concepts, methods and tools that allow the effective management of processes, with an emphasis on their design, implementation, control and improvement.
    • Scope Management and times in Projects
      El curso presenta los aspectos que el Gerente de Proyecto debe conocer para asegurar que el proyecto cubre en sí todos los aspectos relevantes del cliente y otros grupos de interés. Esto derivará en la estructura detallada de tareas, fases y rutas de ejecución. También se presentan las herramientas para establecer el cronograma de ejecución del proyecto para tener control sobre el mismo, incluyendo los recursos a aplicar y la secuencia en la cual se ejecutará.
    • Cost Management in Projects
      The course presents the processes of creation and ways of determining project budgets accurately determined through the respective cost structure. Aspects relating to the determination of the project budget will also review and how to keep it within the estimated costs of planning through monitoring tools and not impair profitability.
  • MODULE II

    • Quality Management in Projects
      The course covers the aspects necessary to ensure that the requirements or needs for which the project was undertaken are met, including the definition of the structure of the quality system: policy, objectives, quality plans, procedures and enhancement tools continues to be applied in the process. Aspects of planning, assurance, and quality control of the project are covered.
    • Talent Management in Projects
      The course covers the processes that the project manager should consider for proper management of the project team. Human resource planning for the project is reviewed, and how you will get, manage and develop this resource according to the needs of the project.
    • Communications Management in Projects
      The course presents techniques for the management of communications on projects, considering the generation, collection, distribution, storage and disposal of information in such a way as to ensure that they are appropriate and timely.
  • MODULE III

    • Risk management and relationships with stakeholders in Projects
      The course covers topics relating to the identification, analysis (quantitative / qualitative) assessment and treatment of risks in projects. Tools are presented to value the risks and raise preventive and corrective actions to mitigate them. It is analyzed from the perspective of stakeholders that are impacted by the project, and the implications for relations with them.
    • Procurement Management
      The course includes procurement processes of products, services or results that are needed to get out of the project team. These processes include contract management and change control to the contract.
    • Skills Project Leader
      The course aims to influence the behavior of people with whom we interact, either vertically or laterally, and either from inside or outside the organization. Influencing behavior in all cases involves understanding how behaviors develop in the professional field, and what factors can modify are. It includes management of equipment properly and the differences and conflicts that appear in the management of interdependencies.

Summary of the Course:

In this context, the course seeks that the participant know the main aspects in the management of relations with his stakeholders with a view to their strategic management for the achievement of ethical and sustainable development.

Professor Rosselló is a Master of Business Administration in General and Strategic Management, Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. Master in Strategic Business Administration, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. B.A. in Graphic Arts, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She has international certifications among which stand out: CPCL Harvard Business School, Boston, USA; International Master in Leadership EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain; Executive Program Customer Experience IE Business School, Madrid, Spain; International Program for Board Members EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain. To date she is a member of the “Steering Committee” of the EFMD Americas Conference 2019-2021.

She has been Corporate Image Manager of Unique-Yanbal International for Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico and USA; Marketing Manager of Unique-Peru. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Comacsa, a leading non-metallic mining company in Peru, and a board member of Fundición Americana S.A.
