MODULE I
- General Administration
Throughout the course General Administration, it is intended that the participant acquires a strategic vision of the basic processes in the management of organizations. In addition the participant will achieve analyze the basic processes for proper administrative management of organizations and define indicators to track administrative management.
- Interpersonal communication and High Impact Presentations
People who manage to communicate effectively are able to improve their interpersonal relationships, collaborate with the effectiveness of meetings, present their ideas to diverse audiences, contribute to the working environment of your company, facilitating teamwork, and develop their leadership. The student will acquire the principles, tools and skills to enable it to strengthen this important competition for an executive.
- Self-knowledge
The success of a person depends not only on their intellectual capacity but also the proper management of their emotions. This course describes emotional intelligence, their components as models D. Goleman and R. Bar-On, and its impact on interpersonal relationships. Also it described and positions NLP as a set of very effective to support the development of emotional intelligence techniques.

- Marketing
Marketing can be defined as the process by which the company in a profitable manner creates value and consumer satisfaction. This orientation is valid in any market situation, but it is much more in a context of increasingly rapid change, with increased competition and increasingly demanding customers and fragmented, as in the case of the globalized modern world. This is a course on analysis and marketing planning. The course is focused on developing skills for problem identification, adequate quantitative analysis qualitative development of proposed solutions for timely decision-making, within a framework of social responsibility and business ethics.
- Coaching and Mentoring
The high competitiveness in global markets requires organizations to constantly reach productivity targets and increasing profitability. So that this situation is sustainable over time it is necessary for the new leader to carry out a similar process of development of people, developing competencies and skills coaching and mentoring for the effective performance of the organization as a competitive advantage of any company .
- Leadership
The transformation of organizations in areas such as productivity and competitiveness in global and multicultural arena requires that there is a demand for trained human talent to exercise a highly effective leadership. Development and implementation of change requires that the leader has the ability to handle different styles of leadership. It will influence attributes such as critical thinking and emotional intelligence, plus an ethical action.

- Finance for Non-Specialists
The finance function deals with the conservation and wealth creation. The course aims to provide the participant with the tools and knowledge necessary set that lead to allow an active part in making business decisions that are related to the finance function.
- Negotiation and Conflict Management
The course aims to provide participants with the conceptual basis of negotiation techniques and conflict management and develop skills for application to the organizational level. Students will understand the theory and practice necessary for effective management of negotiations at the organizational level through the development of basic negotiation techniques, mainly using management roles, simulation and technical case.
- Finance for Non-Specialists

The admission process is open throughout the year. Your application is processed in approximately two weeks, provided you meet with attached documents requesting the Admissions Office.

Clara Rosselló
Professor Rosselló is a Master of Business Administration in General and Strategic Management, Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. Master in Strategic Business Administration, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. B.A. in Graphic Arts, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She has international certifications among which stand out: CPCL Harvard Business School, Boston, USA; International Master in Leadership EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain; Executive Program Customer Experience IE Business School, Madrid, Spain; International Program for Board Members EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain. To date she is a member of the “Steering Committee” of the EFMD Americas Conference 2019-2021.
She has been Corporate Image Manager of Unique-Yanbal International for Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico and USA; Marketing Manager of Unique-Peru. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Comacsa, a leading non-metallic mining company in Peru, and a board member of Fundición Americana S.A. She is a specialist in Corporate Image, Marketing Management, Business Communication and Strategic Planning.
