The Human Resources Management Diploma is comprised of three modules, in which basic and advanced concepts in the field are developed. To pass the program, you must successfully complete these courses and present an Applicative Final Paper (TAF): the plan for the management of human potential of a company. With this final work , we evaluate your knowledge of the tools of human resource analysis applied to a real case.

    • Human Resource Strategy and Processed

      Human Resources Area Al finalizar el curso el participante entenderá y presentará de forma clara las prácticas vigentes y efectivas de la dirección y gestión estratégica de personas alineada a la gestión estratégica organizacional, dando una perspectiva de procesos de negocios. Identifica sus principales insumos, actividades y resultados. Brinda una introducción a los demás cursos que se verán a loa largo del diplomado.

    • Recruitment and Selection

      Human Resources Area El objetivo de este curso es identificar la importancia y trascendencia de los procesos de reclutamiento y selección en la gestión humana de las organizaciones y conocer la evolución y proyección de los mismos, para obtener una visión estratégica del proceso. Al finalizar el curso el alumnos contarán con una metodología para desarrollar técnicas exitosas de reclutamiento y selección.

    • Internal Communications

      Human Resources Area Las comunicaciones son las acciones que mantienen unidas las distintas funciones de la empresa. Permiten su integración y transmiten la cultura con sus procedimientos y valores. De la efectividad de las comunicaciones internas dependen las sinergias organizacionales. Al finalizar el curso el alumno contará con herramientas de comunicación para generar compromiso e identificación de la cultura dentro de sus empresas.

    • Performance Evaluation(EADA Business School)

      Human Resources Area El saber cómo se está valorando nuestro desempeño laboral constituye uno de los factores de mayor impacto en la motivación de las personas. Sin embargo este proceso no ha estado bien concebido ni encaminado y esto ha dado como resultado el desencanto y frustración de las empresas y los trabajadores. En este curso se analizan causas y cuáles son las prácticas de RRHH que nos permitirán realmente usar la Evaluación del Desempeño como una palanca para ayudar a la mejora de los procesos de la empresa, el direccionamiento de la capacitación y el reconocimiento de la contribución individual hacia los objetivos de la empresa. Al finalizar el curso el alumno podrá aplicar distintos modelos de evaluación del desempeño.

      Human Resources Area La capacitación y el desarrollo han de estar vinculados a la estrategia de la organización y por lo mismo, a su gestión. Ha de ir de la mano con los lineamientos y acciones que una organización determina para desarrollar su productividad e impacto en el entorno.

      El curso busca familiarizar al participante con las herramientas específicas para incrementar los resultados de su empresa / área a través de personal motivado y capacitado. Al finalizar el curso el alumno podrá desarrollar un plan de capacitación y su gestión.

    • Salary and Benefits

      Human Resources Area El curso se propone familiarizar a los participantes con los principales conceptos y herramientas para el diseño y gestión de sistemas y estructuras de compensaciones y beneficios equitativos, competitivos y alineados a los demás sistemas de gestión de recursos humanos. Al finalizar el curso el alumno podrá desarrollar una metodología para la administración de las remuneraciones en su empresa.

  • TERM III

    • Negotiation and Conflict Management

      Human Resources Area El curso tiene por finalidad proporcionar a los participantes la base conceptual de las técnicas de negociación y manejo de conflictos, así como, desarrollar las habilidades para su aplicación al ámbito organizacional. Los alumnos comprenderán la teoría y práctica necesarias para el manejo efectivo de negociaciones en el ámbito organizacional a través del desarrollo de las técnicas básicas de negociación, usando principalmente el manejo de roles, la simulación y la técnica del caso.

    • Comprehensive Casuistic Simulation of Human Resources Management

      Human Resources Humanos Area El curso está enfocado en aplicar de una manera integral todos los procesos aprendidos a una situación específica. Mediante el desarrollo de un caso de negocios especialmente diseñado los alumnos ponen a prueba sus conocimientos proponiendo alternativas de solución que son discutidas con base a un marco metodológico.

International travel terms

  • The cost of the program includes classroom classes, business visits outside of Peru and the academic materials of the courses abroad.
  • The cost of the program includes accommodation inside the Campus and food.
  • It does not include the cost of air tickets or accommodation outside the Campus (or consumption in these), nor transport in Barcelona.
  • It does not include the procedures of visa or of expedition or renewal of passport, nor the medical insurance.

The process of admission to the Human Resources Management Diploma  is open throughout the year. Your application is processed in about two weeks, provided you fulfill all documents requested by the Office of Admissions.

  • One or more years of experience in executive or corporate positions.

  • Complete the registration form: Start Registration
  • Simple copy of the National Identity Document – DNI (both sides), or Foreigner’s Card or Passport, in the case of foreign applicants.
  • Currículum Vite (not documented) and a scanned photo (passport size, resolution not less than 300 dpi, suit and tie, white backing). Download
  • Copy of Degree (Optional). In the case you do not render the degree you will go through and interview.
