The Marketing Management Diploma is comprised of three modules, in which basic and advanced concepts in the field are developed. To pass the program, you must successfully complete these courses and present an Applicative Final Paper (TAF): the marketing plan of a company. With this final work, we evaluate your knowledge about marketing analysis tools applied to a real case.

    • Marketing Management

      Marketing and Sales Area El curso busca la comprensión profunda de los fundamentos del marketing, lo que garantiza que se genere valor para la empresa a través de la satisfacción de las necesidades de los consumidores. El curso introduce al alumno en el Marketing al abordar los temas clásicos, tanto del marketing estratégico (el prepararse a actuar: comportamiento del consumidor, posicionamiento segmentación, posicionamiento esperado, etc.) como del marketing operativo (el manejo de las herramientas de marketing: branding, estrategias y tácticas de precios, elección y manejo de canales, comunicación integral, etc.). El curso trata temas como: Marketing y valor, comportamiento del consumidor, introducción a la investigación de mercados, posicionamiento y segmentación, estrategias de productos y marca, estrategias de precio, estrategias de selección y manejo de canales, estrategias de comunicación integral, marketing de servicios, marketing relacional y fidelización de clientes.

    • Market Research and Consumer Awareness

      Marketing and Sales Area El curso introduce al participante en los enfoques metodológicos de la investigación en marketing, que le permitan una mayor y mejor comprensión y conocimiento de su mercado meta. Asimismo, estudia las principales variables y teorías que explican el comportamiento del consumidor, desde un contexto individual (carencias, necesidades, motivaciones, aprendizaje y actitudes) y desde un contexto social y cultural (familia, cultura, subcultura y grupos de referencia); identificando patrones primarios de los comportamientos de consumo que conlleven al desarrollo de bienes y servicios que generen valor para el consumidor, dentro de un marco de responsabilidad social y ética empresarial.

    • Product and Brand Management

      Marketing and Sales Area El curso brinda un amplio panorama de la gerencia de productos y marcas, que se inicia desde la búsqueda de ideas hasta la utilización del producto como tal, abarcando en el camino los diferentes puntos relacionados al tema. El mercado mundial cada día está más globalizado, las tendencias son más generalizadas y, por consiguiente, los consumidores son cada vez más exigentes, porque tienen un amplio margen de elección. Por ello, cobra mayor importancia el desarrollar productos y servicios de calidad. Y calidad significa que se adecuen a estos consumidores, que satisfagan sus necesidades de la mejor forma posible y que también cumplan con los requisitos de funcionalidad y diseño que exigen los clientes globalizados.

  • TERM II

    • Sales Management and Channel Administration(EADA Business School)

      Marketing and Sales Area El curso proporciona una visión integral y práctica de las principales variables, procesos y decisiones que un gerente de ventas debe dominar. Se desarrollarán temas relacionados con el mercado, los clientes, la competencia y estrategias de gestión de canales que contribuyan eficazmente con el logro de los objetivos de ventas.

    • Cuantitative Marketing Skills

      Marketing and Sales Area El curso permite al participante comprender, desarrollar y aplicar, con un sentido crítico y estratégico, las principales herramientas estadísticas y los indicadores de gestión apropiados para la función de marketing.

    • Integrated Marketing Communications

      Marketing and Sales Area El curso busca la comprensión profunda de los conceptos, herramientas y métodos aplicados en las comunicaciones y promociones. A partir de allí, la asignatura busca proporcionar las herramientas necesarias para que el participante elabore un plan de comunicaciones y promociones al canal y al consumidor final en el que se utilicen de manera integradas los medios convencionales, así como las nuevas tendencias de comunicación bidireccional, activa y participativa tales como internet, marketing viral, marketing de la experiencia y redes sociales.

  • TERM III

    • Digital Marketing

      Marketing and Sales Area El curso proporciona a los participantes conceptos, métodos y herramientas que les permitirán tener una visión integral del marketing en un entorno digital y de su importancia estratégica en las empresas.

    • Relationship Marketing and CRM

      Marketing and Sales Area El curso proporciona a los participantes una visión holística de las relaciones con los clientes y del proceso de CRM. Les permitirá familiarizarse con las preferencias de los clientes y elaborar planes efectivos de fidelización, elevando el nivel de satisfacción de los mismos y por consiguiente, la rentabilidad para la empresa.

One week in Barcelona – Spain, to receive face-to-face classes at EADA Business School.

International travel terms

  • The cost of the program includes classroom classes, business visits outside of Peru and the academic materials of the courses abroad.
  • The cost of the program includes accommodation inside the Campus and food.
  • It does not include the cost of air tickets or accommodation outside the Campus (or consumption in these), nor transport in Barcelona.
  • It does not include the procedures of visa or of expedition or renewal of passport, nor the medical insurance.

The process of admission to the Marketing Management Diploma  is open throughout the year. Your application is processed in about two weeks, provided you fulfill all documents requested by the Office of Admissions.

Requirements

  • One or more years of experience in executive or corporate positions.

  • Complete the registration form: Start Registration
  • Simple copy of the National Identity Document – DNI (both sides), or Foreigner’s Card or Passport, in the case of foreign applicants.
  • Currículum Vite (not documented) and a scanned photo (passport size, resolution not less than 300 dpi, suit and tie, white backing). Download
  • Copy of Degree (Optional). In the case you do not render the degree you will go through and interview.
