The International Business Diploma in Business Analytics and Information Management comprises three modules, in which basic and advanced concepts are developed. To approve the program, you must successfully complete the courses in CENTRUM PUCP and EADA Business School.

  • MODULE I

    • Statistical Methods in Business
      This course necessary to transform data into useful information for decision making under conditions of uncertainty information tools will be presented. Emphasis is placed on developing the skills of knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis and evaluation of statistical methods that allow students to improve their ability to think in statistical terms. This course aims to raise awareness objective participant in the importance of measurement and correct interpretation of the KPI as management indicators for management decision making.
    • Strategic Information Management
      The course is theoretical and practical nature and aims that the student understands how to integrate information and information technology organizations with organizational strategies. It includes the following topics: (a) strategic planning of information technology and its relationship with organizational strategic planning, (b) generating financial value of information technology, (c) technical standards related to technology management information, (d) management innovation, (e) knowledge management, (f) introduction to business analytics and (g) introducing the Big data.
    • Data Management in Organizations
      The course is theoretical and practical nature and aims that the student understands how to manage data in organizations. Comprises the following: (a) The business management data, (b) storage systems and exploitation of data, (c) integration and data quality, (d) data management and metadata management, (e) government data and (f) Big data.
  • MODULE II

    • Integrated Information Systems in Business – EADA Business School
      The course of Integrated Information Systems in the company, integrates a set of computer technologies such as SRM (Supplier Relationship Management), ERP (Enterprise Resouces Planning) and CRM (Customer Relatioship Management); and so CROSS, the BRM (Business Relationship Management). This course facilitates naturally understanding of the information given along the supply chain processes for End-to-End (Supplier (Supplier) to Customer (Customer)). Processes Suppliers and Storage, Manufacturing, Distribution and Customers (Demand) is working on this course, which is the basis to exploit the information through the entire supply chain with the analytical tools that are in the course of Supply Chain Analytics. It is mandatory to follow the course of Supply Chain Analytics requirement. This course is taught by EADA.
    • Business Process Optimization and Analytics
      It is critical for companies to understand and continually optimize their processes in order to maintain the quality of its products and services and thus accelerate and maximize achieve the expected business results. The course covers the basics of optimization and heuristic search with an emphasis on process improvement and optimization. Emphasis on the application of mathematical optimization models and algorithms use is made. While the skills developed in this course can be applied to a wide range of business problems, examples and practical exercises students will focus on the following areas: logistics and optimization of the supply chain, Budget Capital Financial Management Asset Portfolio Analysis Client.
    • Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
      The data warehousing (DWH) is the central element that collects, integrates and gives meaning to the discovery of knowledge- for an organization’s data. Business Intelligence (BI) is concerned about the full range of analytical applications and how they are delivered to users. Each of these areas is fundamentally different in its characteristics as: – business model, data architecture tools and techniques from other traditional forms of database and applications. They together form the basis of modern business analytics (BA) and decision-making in organizations today. The course focuses on the design and management of large data stores (data warehousing (DWH)) and business intelligence systems (business intelligence (BI)). The course is theoretical and practical nature and is intended that the student understands how to implement business intelligence systems to improve business processes. It includes the following topics: (a) analytical data structures, (b) performance management and visualization, (c) Analytical marketing and (d) applications of business intelligence to business processes.
  • MODULE III

    • Supply Chain Analytics
      In this course you will learn the use and application of quantitative methods in the supply chain, so that allows the organization to develop applications based on intelligent and predictive processes lasting competitive advantages. You will learn the role of analytics in planning and customer service, inventory optimization, processes distribution networks and transportation, risk management models embedded decision execution systems decisions in real time, customer segmentation and chains adjusted to supply segments, analytical applied to queues and queues, quality and processes, among others.
    • Digital Marketing and Web Analytics
      The course of Digital Marketing and Web Analytics allows you to successfully assume commercial responsibility and marketing in today’s environments that integrate both digital and interactive media and Social Media Marketing. It will apply the analytical methods on the web for viewing by scanning and exposure data and text mining. It includes the following topics: (a) Introduction to digital marketing and analysis of Internet businesses (b) Generation of digital marketing strategies and (c) Web Analytics for each digital marketing strategy studied in the course.
