Currently, technological innovation and customer demands for sophisticated products and services promote the emergence of new challenges, which increasingly change the industry. This transformation dramatically influences how organizations will be managed according to new incentives and digitalization. This system called physical cyber allows the intelligent factory to operate autonomously, that is, with the use of hyperconnectivity the supply chain (customers, factory and suppliers) is connected by internet in real time for the production of goods or products . Given this, logistics must have a digital transformation in the same way as manufacturing. For this, logistics arises that must manage shorter response times, adopt intelligent logistics models, adapt to channel transformation and omnichannel. To meet these challenges, Logistics 4.0 must deepen and innovate in matters of inventory management, demand management, warehouse automation, etc. through technology.

In agreement with the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (TEC de Monterrey), a private university located in Mexico, recognized as one of the best in Latin America, characterized by having an active presence in both business and technological innovation. The program provides a double certification by CENTRUM PUCP and TEC de Monterrey.

Introduction to Logistics 4.0 and its Relationship with Industry 4.0
Understand the main fundamentals and technologies of industry 4.0 and its relationship with the supply chain / logistics 4.0 for the digital transformation of the company and its synchronization. Knowing industry 4.0, concepts and technologies, the success stories of industry 4.0. As well as Strategies and synchronization of the supply chain, Vanguard Logistics and the Model for the digital transformation of logistics.

Internet of Things (IoT) in Logistics
Apply the use of the internet for hyperconnectivity of logistics processes from the provider to the delivery of the product / service to the end user. Defining what is the internet of things and hyperconnectivity, IoT (Internet of things), Physical to Digital and vice versa. The usability of new technologies also leads to interaction with augmented reality, virtual reality, Internet for logistics and cloud.

Big Data and Smart Demand Planning (Smart Demand Planning)
Predict the client’s consumption according to the information obtained at the points of sale or consumption through the use of data analysis and mining. Improving the Administration of the demand through Data Analytics as well as the Administration of the relations with the CRM client and omnichannel communication. The optimization of operations planning and demand through machine learning, Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment CPFR and its applicability through the development of a project, leads to a deep and modern understanding of demand.

Warehouse Management and Intelligent Transportation (Smart Warehouse and Transportation)
Know and apply digital and collaborative technologies for warehouse and transport management. Improving the Design of warehouses and their operation, automation and digitization of warehouses. Using technology to optimize cargo and transport, digital platforms, shared warehouses and shared transport.

Digital Transformation of Purchases and Inventories
Apply digital technologies for inventory management for different types of product behavior and its digital connectivity with suppliers. Looking to manage relationships with suppliers, inventories and costs. This will lead to the calculation of refills for different types of products and the use of new technologies for inventory management, RFID, Smart bin, among others.

Digital Management of Supply Chain Performance
Identify the performance indicators to be evaluated throughout the supply chain that will be managed in real time through digital technologies. Making use of the KPI’s for the supply chain, their digitalization and the principles related to cybersecurity, as well as the comprehensive development plan for the transformation of logistics.

ADMISSION PROCESS 

The admission process to this program is open throughout the year. Your application is processed in approximately two weeks, as long as you comply with the documents requested by the Admission Office.

  • Two or more years of experience in executives positions related to supply chain management.
  • Simple copy of the ID (both sides), or Immigration Card or Passport, in the case of foreign applicants.
  • Undocumented curriculum vitae and scanned photo (passport size, resolution not less than 300 dpi, with jacket suit and tie, white background).

 Conditions:

  • The prices and conditions of the program are subject to variation.
  • The cost of the program includes: Issuance of the Certificate by CENTRUM and the Diploma by the TEC of Monterrey
  • The cost of the program does not include: Issuance of additional certificates, proof of grades, academic agenda, proof of participation, or any others.

Clara Rosselló

Professor Rosselló is a Master of Business Administration in General and Strategic Management, Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. Master in Strategic Business Administration, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. B.A. in Graphic Arts, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She has international certifications among which stand out: CPCL Harvard Business School, Boston, USA; International Master in Leadership EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain; Executive Program Customer Experience IE Business School, Madrid, Spain; International Program for Board Members EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain. To date she is a member of the “Steering Committee” of the EFMD Americas Conference 2019-2021.

She has been Corporate Image Manager of Unique-Yanbal International for Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico and USA; Marketing Manager of Unique-Peru. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Comacsa, a leading non-metallic mining company in Peru, and a board member of Fundición Americana S.A. She is a specialist in Corporate Image, Marketing Management, Business Communication and Strategic Planning.
