Companies are currently immersed in large volumes of data from different sources, this specialization course will provide the basis to identify the benefits of a Big Data project. Identifying the origin, preparation and quality of the data, including information from social networks and database with structured values. You will learn techniques for data discovery. Different techniques for data visualization will be presented, managing to understand insights and support in decision making.

Organizational Transformation: The Role of Big Data and Analytics
Identify the enabling elements of an agile digital strategy that generates value and contributes to the objective of the organization, based mainly on Big Data and Analytics. Reviewing application models of agile methodologies and continuous improvement focused on data-based automation.

Analytical Techniques Applied to Business
Through this course, the participant will know some of the most popular data analysis techniques, with the aim of applying them to their business. Customizing them through the analysis of information and forecasts based on digital media.

Analyzing Social Network and Online Data
The participant will take advantage of the large volume of data found on social and web networks about clients and prospects. This will allow them to identify patterns in the information, analyze data on social networks, which allow defining objectives and understanding the behavior of the modern consumer.

Best Practices for Data Visualization
The course focuses on valuing, and learning how to present the data with the right tools. This allows an improved interpretation of information, through the design, construction and use of data mapping in Dashboards.

Applying Big Data
Knowledge of the fundamental techniques for handling large masses of unstructured data. Through the use and application of free Hadoop software, identifying the development system and the benefits for organizations, leading to the construction of the Datalake.

Data Discovery
The student will acquire an overview of the best practices for the implementation of an analysis tool and data visualization. Applying the tools linked to Data Discovery and analyzing their relationship with Business Intelligence, they will develop organizational strategies focused on backend and data models.

ADMISSION PROCESS 

The admission process to this program is open throughout the year. Your application is processed in approximately two weeks, as long as you comply with the documents requested by the Admission Office.

  • Two or more years of experience in executives positions related to Information, data or strategic management.
  • Simple copy of the ID (both sides), or Immigration Card or Passport, in the case of foreign applicants.
  • Undocumented curriculum vitae and scanned photo (passport size, resolution not less than 300 dpi, with jacket suit and tie, white background).

 Conditions:

  • The prices and conditions of the program are subject to variation.
  • The cost of the program includes: Issuance of the Certificate by CENTRUM and the Diploma by the TEC of Monterrey
  • The cost of the program does not include: Issuance of additional certificates, proof of grades, academic agenda, proof of participation, or any others.

Clara Rosselló

Professor Rosselló is a Master of Business Administration in General and Strategic Management, Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. Master in Strategic Business Administration, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. B.A. in Graphic Arts, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She has international certifications among which stand out: CPCL Harvard Business School, Boston, USA; International Master in Leadership EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain; Executive Program Customer Experience IE Business School, Madrid, Spain; International Program for Board Members EADA Business School, Barcelona, Spain. To date she is a member of the “Steering Committee” of the EFMD Americas Conference 2019-2021.

She has been Corporate Image Manager of Unique-Yanbal International for Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico and USA; Marketing Manager of Unique-Peru. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Comacsa, a leading non-metallic mining company in Peru, and a board member of Fundición Americana S.A. She is a specialist in Corporate Image, Marketing Management, Business Communication and Strategic Planning.
