  • Monitor the environment for opportunities and threats.
  • Determine the sales objectives aligned with the objectives of the company.
  • Prepare the sales forecast and budget.
  • Define the process and sales strategies.
    Define the structure of the sales force (dimensions, territories).
  • Recruit, select, train and motivate the sales force.
  • Define the processes, plans and policies for recruitment, training, motivation and compensation of the sales force necessary to achieve the sales targets.
