DEGREES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Professor Richter holds a Doctorate in Economics from University of Lausanne, Switzerland, and an MBA from the European Business School, Germany.
Dr. Richter has been an Assistant Professor at the International University of Grand-Bassam, Ivory Coast, Visiting Professor at the University of Portland, United States, Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham Ningbo in China, and a Visiting Professor at INSEAD in France. He has also been the delegate at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ivory Coast in order to attract investment from Germany and China.
Professor Richter is the author and coauthor of papers published in peer reviewed and renowned journals, such as: “Firm-level determinants of political CSR in emerging economies: evidence from India” (Journal of business ethics, 2016); “Employee attitudes toward questionable negotiation tactics: empirical evidence from Peru” (International Journal of Human Resource Management, 2013); “Employee attitudes towards questionable negotiation tactics: Empirical evidence from Peru” (International Journal of Human Resource Management, 2012); “Drivers of change – A multiple-case study on the process of institutionalization of corporate responsibility among three multinational companies” Journal of Business Ethics, 2011); “Technology Entrepreneurship – Potential for Social Innovation?” Journal of Business and Public Management, 2011). “Liberal Thought in Reasoning on CSR” Journal of Business Ethics, 2010).
He currently is Associate Professor at the School of Economics and Management at Tongji University, China, and Affiliated Professor at CENTRUM PUCP Business School.
