PhD. Mani Rajbhandari

The Professor Rajbhandari holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from University of Tampere, Finland, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from University of Kathmandu, Nepal, a Master’s degree in Public Administration and an MBA from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.



Dr. Rajbhandari has been Professor of Educational Leadership and Management related courses at Citizen College, St. Xavier College and University of Kathmandu, Nepal. In addition, he has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Tampere in Finland; he has provided organizational behavior and leadership training at the Israeli Embassy in Nepal and has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Jyvaskyla in Finland.



Professor Mani Rajbhandari has published several papers in international journals, such as:

  • Leadership Readiness for flexibility and mobility: The 4th Dimensions on Situational Leadership in educational settings (2014)
  • Strengthening the weaknesses. The leadership dexterity of special students. A case of special students at the University of Tampere (2013)
  • Growing with driving leadership style in school. A case study on leadership of Finnish elementary schools in Tampere (2012)
  • Theoractive learning: How theory and practice meet. Perception of students of University of Tampere, Finland. (2011).


He currently is Postdoctoral Research Fellow at University of Johannesburg, South Africa, and Affiliate Professor at CENTRUM PUCP Business School.
