Professor Kristel Castillo holds a Master of Business Administration in General and Strategic Management from Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands, a Master’s degree in Strategic Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Perú, and an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Governance from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Perú. She is a Certified Translator by Chichester College of Great Britain, and member of the International Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma and the Latin American Studies Association (LASA).



Professor Kristel Castillo has worked as a Research Advisor at the Institute of Public Opinion at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and at the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance through the Network of Women in Politics (iKnowPolitics) for Latin America. She has been a volunteer for the Organization of American States (OAS). She has been working at CENTRUM Católica since 2011 in different strategic units: Office of the Director General, Office of Academic Affairs, Office of Quality, Continuous Improvement and Accreditations (OCAMECA), Center for Competitiveness, CENTRUM Research, CENTRUM Futuro, and CENTRUM Alumni.



Professor Kristel Castillo is the author of several papers published in peer reviewed journals, such as:

Professor Castillo is responsible for the Office of Assurance of Learning (AOL) and she is a professor at the Strategy, Management, and Leadership department, and the Humanities department at CENTRUM Católica Graduate Business School.
