DEGREES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Professor Francisco Dumler has completed his doctoral studies at the International Leadership Program, Andrews University, United States; he holds an Masters degree in Sociology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and has completed the masters degree in anthropology at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Professor Francisco Dumler holds an International Diploma in negotiations from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales (UCES), Argentina, a Diploma in Social Management, INDES-IDB, Washington, DC, and a Masters degree in Strategic Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Perú.
Professor Dumler has been the Minister of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, Deputy Minister of Construction and Sanitation, Manager at the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic, General Manager and Executive Director at the National Compensation and Social Development Fund (FONCODES), Secretary General at the National Water Authority (ANA), Secretary General at the National Institute of Agrarian Innovation (INIA). He has been member of the board of directors at the Lima Water and Sewerage Company (SEDAPAL) and the National Housing Fund (Mi Vivienda). He was Administration Manager at CEPES and GRADE, among other private organizations. He has also developed multiple projects and consultancies for international cooperation agencies and multilateral organizations. He has worked as a professor since 1988 in different faculties and masters degree programs at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. In addition, Professor Dumler has worked at the Graduate Business and Economics School at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and Universidad del Pacífico.
He currently is a Professor at the Strategy, Leadership and Management department at CENTRUM PUCP Business School.
