She has written the book “Widening the cake: three cases on the dynamics of negotiations.” (Doubleday, 2004). She has written book chapters “Negative attitudes towards change”, in: 50 Management Lessons: book commemorating the 50th anniversary of EADA. (Doubleday, 2007); “The organizational change as an opportunity for personal growth”, in: Both are worth far: proposals on personal growth. (Doubleday, 2005).
She is Head of the Department of Human Resources EADA. She has been a consultant in Montaner & Asociados Consultancy, Azimut 360 and Adolescent Psychology Coordinator at Centre of Psychology INFAD; Program Director at EADA; Professor at ESADE, and FBG at the University of Barcelona.
