Professor Saba holds a Master of Bussines Administration, Stanford University, USA. UU. Master of Business Administration, School of Graduate Business Administration – ESAN, Peru. Industrial Engineering, Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria, Peru. Graduate Management Program for Executives (PAD), University of Piura, Peru.
In relation to his professional experience, he has been Chairman of the Board in PERUPETRO S.A .; Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Management Committee Resource Training (CAREC); Dean of the Faculty of Management and International Business of Private University Norbert Wiener; Advisor to the Congress; General Manager Industrial Alte S.A .; General Coordinator of the Commission for the Promotion of Private Investment (CEPRI) in Petroperú; Finance and Administration of the Institute of Liberty and Democracy (ILD); Division Manager Industry and Mining Investment COFIDE, among others. On the other hand, is an international consultant, having carried out missions in Brazil, Argentina, Guatemala and Cuba; in the latter country, he prepared a training program for company directors, aimed at improving Cuba’s export capacity. He has done teaching at the Universidad Nacional de Ingenieia, Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, Universidad San Martin de Porres, Universidad de Lima, Universidad del Pacifico, Universidad Peruana Norbert Wiener and ESAN University on issues related to the area of Finance, project evaluation, Management, Economics and Financial Management Hydrocarbons. He has lectured on energy issues and economic policy of Peru in various cities such as Bogota, Cartagena, Houston, London, Doha, Toronto, Hyderabad and Melbourne.
In connection with his intellectual production, he is the author of “Memoirs of a confeccionist: History of Petroperú Privatization Process” (Petroperu, 1995); and columnist for various media capital.
He is currently Professor in the Academic Area of Finance, Accounting and Economics at CENTRUM PUCP Business School.
