Professor Urrunaga has doctoral studies in Economics, University of Paris II, France. Just as a D.E.A. (Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies) in Currency, Banking and Finance, School of Doctoral Studies at the University of Paris II, France. Master in Economics with a concentration in Financial Management, University of Paris II, France. Bachelor of Economics, Universidad de Lima, Peru. Bachelor of Economics, Universidad de Lima, Peru.



ERegarding his professional experience he has been Economist of the Inter-American Investment Corporation IDB Group (IDB) in Washington, USA Research associate at the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean of the United Nations Organization’s office in Washington, USA Economic Advisor of the Parliamentary Alliance caucus in Congress. economic adviser to Congressman Victor Andres Garcia Belaunde. Economist member of the mission of formulating the 2009 Annual Action Programme of the European Commission coordinated with the MEF. Director of the Unit co-executor Decentralization Program Modernization and Decentralization of the State of the IDB and the PCM. Advisor to the President of the National Council of Decentralization and Economic Advisor to the CEO of APEMIPE.



He is currently Professor in the Academic Area of Finance, Accounting and Economics at CENTRUM Catolica Graduate Business School.
