Professor Chang is Doctor of Business Administration, Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands; Doctoral Candidate in Strategic Business Administration, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú; and Master of Philosophy, Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands. He has a Master of Science in Cooperation with a minor in Educational Management, Universidad de Lima, Peru; a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, National University of San Marcos, Peru; and has specialized studies in Urban Finance (a USAID scholarship), Research Triangle Institute, USA.
Regarding his intellectual production, he is coauthor of the book “Rutas hacia un Perú mejor, qué hacer y cómo lograrlo” (Editorial Aguilar, 2010); and has written the article "Catholic Business Schools in Latin America: The Gap Between Their Mission and Their Practice," published at the 7th International Conference on Catholic Social Thought and Management Education, University of Notre Dame, USA.
With respect to professional experience, he was a Congressman of the Republic (1995-2001) and as such, the President of the Commission on Economy and Vice President of the Congress in the Congress. He has been a Senior Consultant in Malaga, Webb and Associates; Secretary General of the Universidad Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo; General Manager of Embutidos Chiclayo; Marketing Manager of Toyota Authorized Service; Director General of the Planning at the National Institute of Municipal Development; and National Chief Procurement Officer of Popular Cooperation.
He is currently head and professor of the academic area of Integration, as well as a professor of the academic area of Finance, Accounting and Economy at CENTRUM Católica Graduate Business School.
